Gemma Farrelly of Lansdowne Partnership recently completed the sale of our apartment in South Dublin. Initially I felt that Gemma had pitched the asking price too high and that it might put off prospective buyers. However my reservations were proved wrong. The first offer matched the asking price. I was tempted to accept that offer but Gemma advised to hold off. The property quickly sold for a good deal above the asking price – a testimony of Gemma’s sound knowledge of the market.

Gemma organised the photographs, brochure design and content as well as the cleaning and clearance of the apartment. These tasks were completed thoroughly and satisfactorily.

In June 2015 my girlfriend and me moved in at the Liffey Trust apartments. After some nice conversations and constructive contact with our agent Kerry everything was arranged smoothly. The apartment was well cleaned and some small things were fixed in advance. At that time we moved in at a one bedroom apartment.
